Each team has a staff member traveling with them to help coordinate any game or training details, be the team’s own personal business manager, and overall, ensure that every aspect of the trip runs smoothly and stress free.

Day 1, Wednesday, August 12, 09Depart for Chicago O’Hare Airport to meet up with coaches and other team members. Check in at the TBD airline desk to get information regarding gate assignment. This check in should be at the international check in counter at O’Hare. Always call the airline a day before to confirm what terminal they are checking in from, Flight to be announced later. Be sure to drink a lot of water while on the flight. A good rule of thumb is 8 ounces for every hour on board. Be sure to bring something to snack on, because it may take a while to get your luggage and clear customs. (Food always makes the wait more tolerable) After we all get our bags we will precede to customs.
